3D Design Coordinator
You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of new product design and existing product modifications. You’ll work with CAD designers to define projects, evaluate their work, recommend changes, and approve designs. You’ll need to be a rivet-counter with an exceptional eye for shape accuracy and details. Expect to spend most of your time comparing 3D designs to photographs and reference material to identify inconsistencies. If a design doesn’t look right or contains a mistake, it will be your job to communicate with the designer to make it right. Bonus points if you have a strong background in Fusion 360 (or another 3D design / CAD software platform) and the ability to make some design changes yourself. More bonus points if you have a background in project management too. While most of this job can be done remotely, you will need to be able to easily get to York, Pennsylvania to handle physical parts and work with a team on occasion.

Model Builder
You'll be responsible for organizing teams to build one example of each of the Titan Model Kits products for use in marketing. You'll also be responsible for fit-checking products during development and providing feedback on design improvements. This position is located in York, PA.

3D Printing Production Manager
You will be responsible for the management of all 3D printing production. You will operate, maintain, and repair (when necessary) a growing farm of 3D resin printers running a 24/7 production print schedule. You’ll prioritize and schedule prints for optimal production efficiency. You will start new prints and remove completed parts from build plates. You’ll maintain adequate supplies of resin and all associated consumables to support printer operation. You’ll also manage post-print part processing to include support removal, parts washing, UV curing, parts sorting, and quality control inspections. This position is located in York, PA and all work must be done on-site.
